Another amazing digital art piece from Audrina Andrews for my post-TROS fanfic, BEN SOLO: THE WAY HOME. This is the second photo-manipulation piece Audrina has created for me (the first was another amazing Poe/Connix, or “Ponnix” piece). This is from an action sequence in Chapter 54 of the story… Poe and Connix are in the wreckage of a star destroyer on Jakku, retrieving some very important files. Poe concocts a risky little escape plan that, well… doesn’t really go to plan at all. The scene is inspired by one of my all-time favourite movies: SPEED. To see this piece come together was nothing less than mind-blowing. I have no idea how Audrina can do what she does, but I LOVE IT! Ponnix content is pretty thin on the ground, so it’s a pleasure to introduce a new piece into the fandom - I hope you love it as much as I do 💜💜

Anybody else think it’s highkey creepy how Billie was dressed and had her hair styled EXACTLY like her mom in RotJ and even acted as her body double in the flashback scene? It’s like Chris and JJ don’t even see her as her own unique person, just an extension of Carrie/Leia, who is ultimately just an extension of Luke with the way they threw out everything she was before to make her a Jedi like him. Just like Rey, who they also made a point of dressing like Leia and reducing to a proxy for Luke.
