i understand the impulse, i do, but something about these "fix-it"s some people keep trying to put me in just doesn't feel right. guys i don't know how to tell you this but i was torn to smithereens by a living ocean made of blood while undergoing the effects of severe radiation poisoning and also experiencing ridiculous amounts of hypoxia. even if i did somehow make it to the surface, i would have been dead in minutes. just being realistic here.

if you're gonna have me come back, at least do something fun with it. turn me into the fish or somethin', c'mon now.

aroace trans masc. didn't know about the aroace part then but it's one of those things that you look on retroactively and it just like. couldn't be anything else, y'know. but it was also admittedly something i just didn't have any real time to think about.

the trans masc thing i definitely knew about, though. the rapture didn't happen until i was like college age in my canon and i transitioned pretty young so. 👍.

mom was actually the one who chose my new name when i got it changed. i adored her my whole life so it only felt right that she got to name me again.

told a friend (who doesn't know i'm kin) that the best way to describe how i see my mother (partially, at least) is jack stauber's library, and it's kind of been haunting me ever since.
