The trope some Iron Lung fans have adopted where people from the 2300s speak an evolved form of English has me absolutely thrilled as a linguistics enthusiast.

By far my favorite worldbuilding idea and I'm adopting it immediately.

Simon being foul-mouthed and yet still adhering to Future Speak has me on the floor, because to Grace (or anyone on the Invincible II) it just sounds like,
