Lloyd: Jay, she still speaks of you.

I think this really show how Jay and Cole had different motivations in the love triangle. Nothing against Cole, but he didn't reference Nya in his conversation with Lloyd. His desire was to prove Jay wrong and win the fight, not date Nya. But Jay? Jay genuinely loves Nya, even after that whole mess.

Out of all the ninja, Jay chooses the most visible and dramatic way of dealing with his grief- he becomes a tv show host. It's almost like he's trying to make up with the loss of his relationship with Nya. Jay has the attention and adoration of everyone in Ninjago... except for the one person he wants to notice him.

And Lloyd knows it. Why? Because Nya still talks about Jay. Even if she's unsure who she wants to choose, she and Lloyd have been spending enough time together for him to already get a sense of who she wants to be with. He doesn't tell Cole that Nya's still got a crush. He only admits to Jay that Nya still has feelings for him, even if she doesn't entirely know it herself.
