Indulge in the best of both worlds with these fudgy, chewy chocolate brownie cookies. They combine the richness of brownies with the classic texture of cookies, creating a delightful treat for any chocolate lover.
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 large eggs. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Melt the butter and add the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to a large bowl. Mix everything together well. One egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. All-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and mix them in. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie. You can use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon to do this. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Have fun with these chewy, fudgy, chocolate peanut butter cookies!
