Some of my d20! I’ve also got a great big bag of WizDice but those are mostly to sate the hoarding impulse ($10+ a set isn’t a super good thing to load up on when you’re trying to save up for a house!) and so I can practice reinking. These Chessex are my real babies!

Inktober Day 5: Capaill Uisce!

A deadly water horse from The Scorpio Races, one of my fave books. He probably has thrown his rider and is trying to escape back into the sea.

“Morior invictus” (death before defeat) Reworked the idea with a Betta fish (or Siamese fighting fish). Finished drawing plus some process photos of the watercolor steps. Watercolor, ink pen, acrylic copper ink, white pen in moleskine watercolor sketchbook (now finished).
