Be the Ring Anger and fear feed off each other… We fear anger… We fear the anger of others We fear our own anger. We fear the anger of our children. Why? Because as children, adults feared our anger. Naturally, we learned that anger is an emotion to be feared. Well fear can be a real obstacle when trying to process and hold space for big emotions.
