The Irish are a celtic Gaelic people inhabitants of the island of Ireland. They speak english (due to opression by the English) and Irish. Ireland has been inhabited for about 12,500 years, and they are today 70–80 million of them worldwide. The Irish have their own customs, language, music, dance, sports, cuisine and mythology.
The Scots or Scottish people are a celtic Gaelic people inhabitants of Scotland, officially parts of the United Kingdom. They speak english (due to opression by the English) and Scottish Gaelic. Historically, they emerged from an amalgamation of two Celtic-speaking peoples, the Picts and Gaels, who founded the Kingdom of Scotland in the 9th century, and they are today 28 to 40 millions of them. They emigrated heavily due to oppression by the English and can be found throught the whole english-speaking world today. They have have their own customs, language, music, dance, sports, cuisine and mythology.
The Welsh are a celtic Britons people inhabitants of Wales, officially in the United Kingdom. They speak english (due to opression by the English) and Welsh. The origin of the "Welsh nation" can be traced to the late 4th and early 5th centuries, following the end of Roman rule in Britain, and they are between 6 and 16.4 millions of them worlwide. They used to be called the “Britons”. They have have their own customs, language, music, dance, sports, cuisine and mythology.
The Bretons are a celtic Britons people inhabitants of the Brittany, officially in France. They speak french (due to the opression by the French) Breton and Gallo. In the Early Middle Ages, Brittany was divided into three kingdoms—Domnonée, Cornouaille (Kernev), and Bro Waroc'h (Broërec)—which eventually were incorporated into the Duchy of Brittany, and there are between 6 and 8 millions of them today. They have have their own customs, language, music, dance, sports, cuisine and mythology. The Cornish are a celtic Britons people inhabitants of Cornland, officially in the United Kingdom. They speak english (due to the opression by the English) and Cornish. They can trace its roots to the ancient Britons who inhabited southern and central Great Britain before the Roman conquest, and there are 6 to 11 millions of them today. They have have their own customs, language, music, dance, sports, cuisine and mythology. The Galicians are a celtic Romance people inhabitants of Galicia, in the north of the Iberic peninsula, officially in Spain. They speak spanish (due to the opression by the Spanish) and Galician. The Roman legions first entered the area between 136-137 BC. Under Roman rule, most Galician hillforts began to be, they are today 3.2 millions of them today.
