Waning Moon Calming Spell
A simple spell to banish your stress as the moon goes dark.
You will need:
Moon water collected in the waning moon
Strips of paper
Something to write with
You may want to perform this at night with a view of the waning moon, but it’s not necessary.
Steps:
Prepare yourself for the spell. Ground yourself, create a witchy atmosphere, get yourself in the right mindset, or anything else you do to prepare.
On your pieces of paper, write down everything that is causing you stress. School? Work? Relationships? Mental or physical illnesses? Be specific, allow yourself to pour your emotions out and onto the paper.
When you are ready, soak the paper in your moon water and chant: “may the power of the waning moon banish my stress, anxiety and negativity. as this paper melts away into nothing so will the emotions poured into it.”
Continue until the paper falls to pieces or becomes unreadable. Dispose of the remnants.
