War of Underworld Heads Up Time

Hi! It’s me again! Time for a bit of a serious discussion. Because for the last two cours, no one did this and I saw the MP 100 fandom do it and was like “Hey, not a bad idea!” 

There WILL be spoilers beneath the cut! If you do not want to be spoiled, please at least consider tagging friends who may need content warnings! And pass this around so people can add to it if I’ve forgotten something!

Trigger/Content Warnings for the second half of Alicization. 

This is an arc about a war. I saw a lot of people who were shocked at the presence of a bit of blood on the first two cours, so please, please be aware: if you are sensitive to blood/gore, we do not know how much blood will be shown. 

Also be aware that there WILL be death. 

Possible showing of homophobic Taboo Index rule-breaking, and more likely showing of the death of a confirmed lesbian character. 

Sexual Assault: Unfortunately, in SAO, at this point this goes without saying. There will be scenes that may be sensitive to those with sexual assault triggers. I pray they are not as intense as episode 10. 

Depression: Very intense detail was paid to depression in this arc. 

Suicide: This one I think will be the hardest to see if they stay true to the source material. Suicidal thoughts, actions, and desires. 

Please, please PLEASE pass this around and add to the list if I have missed something! I want viewers to be aware of what they’re getting into! I cannot guarantee the intensity of these trigger/content warnings as a fan-blogger, but I CAN help to ensure people who haven’t read the light novels know there’s some heavy stuff coming that may cause discomfort!
