ALHAMDULILLAH FOR HEALTH

Recovering from Covid .. took all meds and here is my experience.

Taking that syrup was/has been a nightmare. It made me so lightheaded, drowsy at times and dizzy if I did not get rest (mind you I got 2 LOs)

After taking it if I did not lie down and close my eyes, my world would spin and I would get nauseous and feel so irritated. (Had to be taken 3 times a day) Imagine what my body and brain went through. It felt like a mental trauma that I was high on something, my world was slow and spinning and I had zero control over it. Those were the moments when I realize what a blessing health is. Something that we take for granted. Let alone the body pain which is still lingering around and making me feel weak.

One day at a time... InShaAllah I will be back up and in better health soon (and hopefully shape too) lol

👂🏾I heard somebody say it’s transformation Tuesday. 🤩 Y’all I didn’t know when I was going to post this. Have you ever been so ugh at yourself like “why y’all let me walk out the house like dat”!?!?!? Long post alert starting in 3..2..1… I went home to Kansas City to celebrate my mothers 50th birthday with family right. We had fun btw awesome time (shout out to the big sis (@donnise) for putting that together) trust me I had to throw her in there…. 👀😬🥴 So prior to my mothers birthday I had been traveling non stop like Covid where NOT HERE!!! During this time Covid variants were settling down (😒) so we were good to be outside outside. NOPE!!! Two days after we got back home to Atlanta we get a text saying “hey y’all, your cousin got a fever”…. So we like ok, stay hydrated. Next thing I know somebody else (I ain’t saying who bc some of y’all know these ppl and if they wanna tell the story imma let them) said I got a fever too 😒. Next thing I know I get another text (I’m at work btw) “I got a fever too” 🙄 at this point I threw my hands up and told everybody to stay away from me and to keep that over there!!! Little too late, I’m at work and I feel this heat rush down my back and I took a sec and thought… OH LORDT 😩😩!!! I done caught it through the phone, they done texted the fever to me JESUS!!!!! And this is where I end the story… 🤣🤣🤣 I’m not going to bore y’all with a bunch of reading because I’m going to do a video about it. Even though for some of y’all this the only reading y’all do!!! SHAME!!!! Nah I’m JK , so until then just enjoy these before and afters and these all natural no edit photos of me growing and glowing!!!!!
