we were just eating dinner, and across the table from me is my little sister, and out of nowhere she just...;

So I just saw some pictures from Ziva and Nick´s first meeting in the squadroom and it made me think. He called her an ass-kicking demon and it is pretty hilarious. Ziva just looking at them like ok kids. The sad part of it all isthat Nick really has no idea who Ziva is. Why and how she was turned and molded into an “as-kicking demon”. That she grew up in a country full of violence. That her childhood friend was blown up and so was her little opera-singing sister who was strong enough to turn away from her father´s world. That she was forced to shoot her own brother just a few years after. That her colleague shot her boyfriend to death. That she was ordered to go on a suicide mission by her crazy dad and ended up being held in a terrorist camp for monthgs with god knows what happening to her there. That said boyfriend lied to her. That another of her boyfriends, aka Ray, lied to her. That her father died a violent death yet again for political reasons.That she was the target of an assassination and she had to dissapear and leave her daughter, the only blood related family she had left.
