These Roasted Strawberries + Cream Popsicles are a delightful combination of sweet roasted strawberries and creamy goodness. They make for a refreshing treat on a hot day!
Ingredients: 1 lb strawberries, hulled and halved. 1/4 cup sugar. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Strawberry should be put on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put sugar on the strawberries and toss them around to cover them all. After the oven is hot, roast the strawberries for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are soft and juicy. Let the roasted strawberries cool down all the way. Put the roasted strawberries, heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least six hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
