Bacon Avocado Sushi More takes traditional sushi ingredients and adds the rich flavors of bacon and creamy avocado to make a one-of-a-kind and delicious fusion roll.
Ingredients: 4 sheets nori seaweed. 2 cups sushi rice, cooked. 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy. 2 ripe avocados, sliced. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sugar.
Instructions: Place a sushi mat made of bamboo on a clean surface. Put a nori sheet on the mat so that the shiny side is facing down. Leave an inch of space at the top of the sushi rice and spread it out thinly over the nori. Put avocado and bacon slices on top of the rice. Spread the mayonnaise on top of the filling. Starting at the bottom, use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tight. After rolling the sushi, cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. Add sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to a small bowl. Mix them together to make dipping sauce. Put the sauce on the side and serve the sushi with it.
