DEC 9, 2018 / a glimpse into a lazy sunday. the semester is winding down and although i’ve had finals much more stressful than the ones i have now, i’m still feeling a little overwhelmed and restless. the holiday anticipation is building up & i guess i’m getting ready for all the busyness that ensues! i completed my old journal a few days ago and have started this new one (the pink shinola!) and i got this adorable/silly birthday card for a friend yesterday. i hope everyone is taking caring of themselves & doing well :~)!!

started the day with a workout, a coconut sugar dalgona coffee and a baking session (today’s menu is coffee walnut cake, followed by sourdough pancakes for a breakfast/brunch sitch ✨)

other highlights from this morning: talking to a friend on the pavement from out the window (the uk lockdown is Real™) and studying korean grammar in the kitchen while waiting for the cake to cool ☁️
