Listen, you wanna know how to be an adult? Just imagine that you’re looking after a toddler, and that toddler is you. Parent yourself. Give yourself a bedtime, make sure you have 3 meals a day, be sure to allocate yourself time for friends and hobbies. When you’re stressed out have a nap. Gone boring food shopping? Reward yourself with a chocolate bar for doing it! There’s no real secret to being an adult, everyone is in the same boat as you, so why not be a child? Enjoy yourself!

Hi guys! I’ve started a 30 day mental health journey today because I know there are some events coming that are gonna trouble the heck out of me so I’m preparing against those!!! I’m trying to stay productive by doing a random task every single day. Today’s was bujo and just planning everything out and I enjoyed it a lot ✨ feel free to jump on this wagon with me!

finally some original content from kat lol. i’ve been pretty busy since school ended and obviously i haven’t had any homework or assignments (other than summer hw i don’t wanna do) so i thought i’d just show you guys some of my notes/notebooks from this year ! the composition books are my two earth science notebooks and the spiral one is my euro book notes

🌟Day 15 of the Studyblr Community Challenge - Tag someone you look up to🌟

There are genuinely SOOOOOOO many blogs I look up to on this site, but the first one that came to my mind was @hannybstudies. Hannah was one of the first studyblrs I ran across and inspired me to make my own studyblr. She has an amazing blog and I absolutely recommend checking her out if you haven’t already because she has some of the best content and I could only strive to have that kind of perfection.

Sidenote: Finally a day off after those exams. It will be short lived because I have a unit exam next week for Fundamentals of Nursing, but it was really nice to go out and treat myself a little before throwing myself back into my studies
