Instructions: Warm the oven up to 400F 204C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Shred cheddar cheese, grate Parmesan cheese, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl. Using a spoon, put tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each one. Use the back of the spoon to flatten each piece of cheese into a thin round shape. Heat the oven and put it in. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Take the crisps out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Move the crisps carefully to a wire rack to cool down and get firm. Once the cheddar crisps are cool and crispy, put them in a container that won't let air in and leave them at room temperature.
