Prompt: You met Spencer when you started working for the BAU 4 years ago, and it didn’t take long to fall for the genius. You never expected him to see you in the same way as you did him. You were the opposite of him physically- not small, average, but still beautiful in ways you didn’t even know. Many people saw your beauty, except you. And after 3 years, how did you end up here?

(I don’t own the shows, its characters, or the gifs, but I love the show. I do own the story though, and I hope you all enjoy.~)

You knew something was wrong, you could feel it. That’s kind of your super power, Garcia says. Anytime something bad happens or is about to, you know. Garcia says its freaky, but she loves that about you- she always makes you feel better when something bad is about to happen.

You decided not to tell Spencer that you felt something was wrong, you didn’t understand why you stopped yourself- you normally told him everything, but something told you that this time was different. 

You kept to yourself, both at work and at home, but Spencer never seemed to notice. He was always “busy” or caught up in his own world. You started retracting from everything, everyone, and it only got worse when you found it.

A letter. A very loving, and intimate letter recently written by your love. It might have brought a tear to your eye have it been addressed to you, but it wasn’t. 

You watched the man of your dreams sneak out of the room in the wee hours of the morning to have his secret phone calls, or go out late at night without talking to you or even sparing you a glance. You noticed these small changes come out of nowhere 4 months ago. You loved him and trusted him, so you chose not to say anything. 

2 weeks ago is when you found the letter, and you told Garcia. It took everything in your power to keep her from storming in the office the next day and  going off on the young genius. Garcia noticed that you still loved the boy so she done as you wished and she told you she had a place you could stay.   

1 week ago you started to pack up your clothes and take them to Garcia’s place, but as much as you wish Spencer would notice, he never did. 

-When you found the note-

You look up at the clock for the 5th time in the past hour ‘3:03 am’. You had been pacing the floor since you woke up an hour ago and noticed your boyfriend hadn’t come home like he said he would. 

You decided to sit on the couch and wait for him, but then a book that you weren’t familiar with catches your eye. You walk over to it and pick it up looking it over, but something falls out- a letter. Your heart starts to beat faster, part of you doesn’t want to believe what you know you’ll find when you grab it. 

Tears drip down your cheek as you read it. 

‘Dear Maeve, 

The past few months of which we have spent together are the best that I’ve had in a really long time. I have never felt the way that I do with you. No one has made me feel so alive. I want to spend my life with you. I love you, so much, my dear. I need you.

                                                                     With all my love, Spencer’

You took a picture of the letter and then neatly folded it back up and put it in the new book and placed the book back where you found it. 

You stifled a sob and took a deep breath, grabbing your bad and writing Spencer a note to tell him you were staying at Penelope’s tonight. You doubted he would read it, or even notice your absence at this point.

You made your way over to Pen’s house and told her what had happened, and she held you as you finally let the sobs take you over.

-Present Time- 

You’re sat at desk,everyone but Spencer noticing how you didn’t talk to anyone, but Garcia and Hotch. Hotch was the father you never had, and he was protective of you, but even he didn’t know of the pain you were going through or why.

You always thought that for people who profile others for a living, they were sadly clueless when you really needed it. 

Rossi was the first to talk to you, making his way to you he and the others- minuse Spencer who was texting away, into Hotch’s office.

JJ sat you next to Penelope who looked at you with sad eyes.

“H-hey guys..” You whisper, or tried to voice escaping you as tears began to fall silently down your cheeks, breath becoming rigid.

Morgan closed the blinds- noticing that they boy genius was still texting oblivious to the lack of the others.

“Y/n” Hotch whispers 

You look up at him,”My heart is breaking...” You whisper, “Hotch... he’s cheating...”

A chorus of gasps escape around you.

“Are you sure sweetheart? Boy genius is probably just distracted.” Morgan says sitting next to you, petting your head caringly

Penelope goes to speak, but you interrupt her - pulling out your phone, you bring up the letter, and hand it to Hotch.

He takes it quizzically, and you explain “I found this in his new book 2 weeks ago, I was worried, he was supposed to be home before midnight, but it was 3 am, I was worried. I was looking around and there was a book I wasn’t aware of and that fell out...” 

“Oh Y/n” JJ says hugging you, and Morgan begins to grit his teeth

“He... really... what the hell” Morgan says angrily

“I’ve been slowly moving in with Pen,” You say, “He hasn’t noticed.” 

You take a deep breath and laugh,” I knew when he started going to the doctor for those damned headaches something bad was gonna happen, but I decided to trust him, Foolish I do realize, but I love him...”

Hotch hugs you tightly, “Y/n all will be okay..” He whispers to you.

All you do is nod, standing up and wiping away your tears, and walking out- noticing Spencer isn’t in his seat.

You sit down and start to type, and the rest of the team exits Hotch’s office seeing Spencer walk towards you. 

You can feel him behind you, but you don’t look at him.

“Y/n” Spencer whispers “We need to talk.” 

You can feel yourself almost break from the rising anger, but you continue to type like nothing’s happening.

“Y/n” He says again

“Mhm?” You mumble

“We need to talk” He repeats himself

“My dear, I have nothing to say to you” You say, using words you never normally would as an ode to his letter to Maeve

You could hear his breath hitch, and him fall back- shock taking over him

“My dear.?” He asks with a nervous chuckle “That’s new”

You hear footsteps, small heels clacking near the elevator, so you turn to face him, a dark chuckle and tilt your head towards the woman making her way to Spencer, “So is she.”

He looks taken aback, and says “Y/n, wha-.?”

“Don’t worry, my stuffs gone... You can move in with your girlfriend now” You say, standing and gathering your things

“Y/n, no” He whispers as Maeve grabs him and kisses him, he quickly tries to peel her off, but you look up at Hotch 

“I’m going to head home now, I have some unpacking to do.” You keep your tone steady

As you walk away, you can feel Spencer try and come after you, but you knew Morgan wouldn’t let him.

You cry as you head to Pen’s house, and as you unpack. You cry for awhile after that

You stayed with the BAU, and you hoped one day you could forgive Spencer for his “mistake” as he called it, but deep down inside, you knew that it was nearly impossible.

For months you seen Spencer give you sad smiles, and sad looks when he seen you at work or when he left with Maeve, but one day while on a case you failed to notice him. Something else, or someone else rather, had caught your eye.

You were on a case when you met him, working with the Jeffersonian. 

Mr. Wendell Bray, a man you would come to love. The whole team noticed and looked on with a smile, except one - Dr. Spencer Reid.

I think Marco and Francis should kiss.

They should kiss on a late Sunday morning when the sky is blue. Francis pours Marco coffee. Marco smiles and thanks him. They drink coffee while staring out at the gorgeous scenery.

Francis pokes fun at Marco's glasses as per usual but he doesn't mean it because it makes Marco look more handsome. Marco teases him for being 'an infatuated fool' and Francis doesn't deny it.

Thoughts on Hooky-Marionetta. Some spoilers!

I know it probaly won't happen, but I would love to see the characters from Hooky interact with the characters from Marionetta. There are so many possibilities, but the ones I'd enjoy the most are:

Since Dani and Nico are spreading the word and building new bridges between people and witches, I'd love to see them interact with the members of the circus during this time in the story, but I'd especially like to see them interact with Sahed, Rainah and Julia.

I'd also be curious to see Dorian and Sahed interact, since, if I can recall correctly, Dorian had a lot of inner conflict about how he felt about non-magic users, and he had a lot of trouble making friends outside the people from home, which reminds me a little of Sahed in this way. Things weren't so black and white in regards to racial relations in Hooky, both did terrible things and sought revenge against the other, perpetuating a loop of voilence. I t's been a while since I read the series, but I'm making my way back through. Anyway, this is just all to say I remember it being really hard on Dorian to realize that yes, there are terrible non-magic users, but there are also terrible witches, and you really have to judge each person individually and not hold them accountable for the sins of others. You catch more flies with honey than with vinagar, so to say. Maybe knowing Dorian was coming from a somewhat similar place would help Sahed learn how to convince the other circus members to see the plight of his people.

I would love for Julia to get to talk to Monica and Will. I think there's a lot they could share with her that would help. Monica had prejudice against the witches initially, and she overcame it, even becoming a witch herself. Will grew up with suffocating expectations and sense of duty, both to his father and kingdom. They both know what expecting an arranged marriage is like. They know what it's like to fall in love with someone who would be very difficult to be with due to the social tensions and wars being fought between their races.

On a lighter topic, I think Monica would totally get into the shipping! I remember her trying to be her friends wing-woman, and her advice always seemed to fall flat, if not cause disaster (the love potion, telling Nico to button his shirt). She would definitely get into all kinds of romantic high jinks. Her and William's marriage situation also might give Julia a heart attack.

I'll bet Kamille would love to go adventuring with Mark and Aisha.

These are just my personal thoughts and opinions. These are just a few that have crossed my mind. There would be lighter interactions too, I think, but these are the ones that my brain has been latching onto. I'd be interested in hearing anyone else's if they felt like sharing!
