#WorkoutWednesday. #WeirdoWednesday. This clip is just a play around with the box providing a harder task to perform the handstand and an extra degree of difficulty with landing due to the extra height. Don't get me wrong, this is not your standard exercise. However, completing 3-5 repetitions in a row really engages the core muscles and elevates your heart rate (and the amount of blood rushing to your head).
