💚 4 Day Detox 💚 Finally, DAY 4! . . . Finally, Day 4 is here and I’m so excited because I can finally drink coffee again!😭 And I have to say, I wouldn’t mind making this a weekly thing. I will post results tomorrow but for now, this is the end and I can’t wait to have coffee. As always, I’ll post what ingredients benefit weight loss (W) and skin (S). . . . 💚 Recipe • 1 Half Paw-Paw (Papaya, I guess) [W] • Handful of Spinach [S] • 1 Rib Celery [W] • Sprinkle of mint leaves and lemongrass [S] • 1 Mango [W] • Lemon Juice (Not a lot, just enough to taste a hint of it) [S] • 1 1/2 Cups of Soy Milk (Omega 3 and Vitamin B) . . . 💚 Taste I thought this one would be my favourite one because of papaya and mango, buuutt it’s not. The lemongrass is a lot stronger than I thought. But it’s still pretty good. The mint is lovely. And I have to say that I have grown to love spinach. Soooo I guess this week is a win?
