Caddy/Heisenberg
I got two asks for this ^^
When it comes to Caddy and Karl, I see them as equal but opposite, two sides of the same coin, two halves of the same. Each one of them sees what the other could be through each other's eyes, not necessarily better but to some degree advanced or otherwise improved.
Caddy is soft, despite her abilities and her trauma. She has the power to generate and control minerals, crystals, etc all based on her mood and environment. She's been through her own personal hell. Everyone she's ever loved has died, from her parents to her previous lover. She's alone, but hasn't let that stop her from remaining kind. She's traumatized but she would never dream of inflicting her pain on other people. Quite the opposite. She wants to use her powers to heal people rather than harm them. Sure, its tempting to go back to the foundation and harm those who did her wrong, but that's not her way. At this point in her life, she just wants peace and security, and maybe a little crystal shop attached to a nice house somewhere far away...
Karl on the other hand is her opposite. While she's soft, he's been hardened by his experiences and his trauma doesn't help. He can't let go of his pain, as he's still under the thumb of Mother Miranda. The jurys still out on whether or not he even really wants to, but I think if he got the chance to deal the killing blow, he would definitely do his damndest to move on. Hes been alone his whole life, receiving only fake or misplaced "love" from his "family". He originally only sees Caddy as a means to an end, thinking of her more as a weapon or a means to an end, until he sees that softer side of her nature turned to him and it just wakes something up that he didn't know he had: a longing to be well and truly loved.
10/10 ship, will definitely keep shipping because I'm a sucker for equal but opposites!
