Cryptid Theory
Old Spider Legs by Gustavo Groppo © 2010
Old Spider Legs is a Fearsome Critter sighted in America during the 19th Century by a lumberjack. According to the witness' report, as he was traveling through the forest he heard a quick and numerous galloping noise. It was then that he got a clear sight of a horse that had eight legs positioned like a spider’s legs. He got on his horse and chased after the beast, but he could not keep up and soon lost sight of it. Many have heard it since, but none have seen it again. Picture found on Cryptid Wiki.

Cryptozoo
2.5/5
Dash Shaw’s stylings translate to animation really well. The ugly character designs intentionally clash against the gorgeous multicolored designs for the cryptids, and the low fidelity of the animation quality doesn’t stop there from being plenty of imaginative shots and transitions that take full advantage of the medium. When it comes to the story, though, it all feels very on the nose. The way the characters discuss whether cryptids can truly be accepted is an obvious stand-in for the fight for representation of real world minorities. When two characters visit a strip club, there’s a small debate about how stripping isn’t bad as long as the women enjoy it, a nod towards real issues but with no real definite message to take away. In the same way, the main plot is navel gazy about the idea of improper representation without finding any greater answers, willing to brush against deeper themes but too scared to dive into them.

September 26 2022 (p.2) - The "Phantom Cats" Of Great Britain!
Deep in the forests of England and Scotland, Folklore and Urban Legend speak of Large, Puma-Like Cats that roam the countryside.
Generally believed to be escaped zoo animals or exotic pets, these "phantom cats" have actually been caught alive on multiple occasions. For example, in 1980, a live Puma was caught in Inverness-shire, Scotland.
In 1983, Eric Ley, a farmer from South Molton, England, claimed to have had lost as many as 100 sheep at the hands (paws? Teeth?) of a large cat over the span of three months. Royal snipers were sent out into the surrounding area to hunt down this big cat.

quick aside, please just read this excerpt from the wikipedia article
Despite extensive media coverage and both professional and amateur hunting for the creature, which in one unfortunate case saw a cryptozoologist have to be rescued after spending two nights stuck in his own trap...
That is infinitely hilarious to me and Idk why fsdkljdfs

No significant evidence has ever come from this case either proving or disproving the existence of this "Beast of Exmoor", as it's come to be called.

"[the cat was] as big as a middle-sized Spaniel dog..."
-William Cobbett, quoting the experience of a young boy he had met (1760s)
Alleged Puma sighting in England captured via Drone.
Logan Paul doesn't know what lying is.
Rando: So you promised to pay 1.8 million dollars in refunds by a certain date and instead immediately spent that money on yourself and since the promised date no money has been refunded.
Logan: Yes.
Rando: So you lied about the refunds.
Logan: Nuh-uh.
-
I mean, I'm not attacking him or anything here, but what on Earth does the guy think a lie is?
Even if somehow he did it by accident, and had no intention of doing it, saying you're gonna do one thing, and then doing the opposite, is a lie by definition.
Logan needs some rather rudimentary level of education, that pretty much anyone with any level of common sense, should rather easily be able to understand.
It begs the question "What planet were you raised on, where this is the understanding of basic concepts?".
