Makima

The first thing that makima took notice of as unusual was your smell. You smelled different from the moment you came back from the mission, and it wasn't something as simple as you using a different perfume, you smelled more....devil-like, she did consider that it might have been just her smell mixing with yours but there was still something that felt wrong to her.

Still she of course didn't suspect anything at first, you looked and generally acted like yourself and she didn't want to doubt anything about you so she didn't give much attention to her growing worry

But she also couldn't ignore just how weird you started acting, whenever she touched you and was affectionate you hesitated to reciprocate and stood back like you weren't used to it instead of happily leaning into her like you usually did, you didn't want to be intimate at all, didn't remember what you did on your anniversary when she started reminiscing and in general you didn't seem to be yourself, makima could recognize the wonderful person she had fallen in love with, and that wasn't you

Once she found out she was right, and that was actually a devil who took your form and kidnapped you, she was furious, she wanted nothing more than to brutally kill the devil, but she had to use it to know where you were, she made sure to break his mind and kill him once she made sure you were safe, but she still felt bad about not being able to recognize the fake and save you earlier

"I'm sorry my darling, I should have known what was going on way earlier....you're the most important thing in the whole world to me and I couldn't even recognize you from a devil...thank you...it's alright now, i'll make sure nothing like this will ever repeat itself"

Yoru

To be completely honest, at first yoru didn't notice much difference, part of the reasons being that she doesn't spend all of the time that you're together with you, as asa is the one to mostly go on dates with you. But even when she did hang out with you she wasn't really focused too much on you or what was different, she was more excited to be with you

So it was asa who actually took notice of the changes and brought it up to yoru, how you weren't affectionate and rejected those times asa wanted affection. After that yoru started realizing that too and became pretty upset at that, at first she thought you were messing with her but soon enough she realized that it wasn't you at all

When she found out you were weren't actually you but a devil replacing the real you yoru immediately wanted to kill it for tricking her and hurting you but asa made her realize that it probably wasn't the best idea as they needed to find out where you were before

But she didn't mind that much as that gave yoru the opportunity to torture the devil for information and to get revenge on you...as well as for her own pleasure. As soon she reunited with you she couldn't help but feel a bit guilty that asa was the one to notice the truth and not her

"Y/n i'm sorry....the truth is..asa told me about what was going on, I really didn't have a clue...i'm sorry but i'll try to pay more attention now...not that something like this could happen again, I will kill every devil who even gets close to you"

Fami

Fami did notice something was wrong with you pretty early, ever since you stopped hugging her, holding her hand while going at school and especially when you didn't comfort her anymore when she cried, in fact you seemed to not do anything when she was sad seeming more annoyed at her for crying so much

That made fami think that one of her worst fear had been realized: you had finally gotten tired of her personality and didn't love her anymore. She thought about this often but all of your reassurances seemed to calm her down but now that you started acting like that she started freaking out even more than usual about this possibility

Thankfully? That wasn't the case and fami found out the truth (thanks mostly to her older sister who noticed almost immediately when you came to school with her) on one side she was glad that you probably still loved her and didn't want to leave her but on the other.... her partner just got kidnapped and she didn't notice for a while

After she freed you she immediately started crying in your arms and apologizing for letting this happen and not noticing. Of course you comforted her about that and about all of her fears of you leaving her which she very much appreciated

"WAAAHHH!!! y-y/n *sniffle* i-i'm so sorry please forgive me *sniffle* I should have seen it before, I should have saved you before b-but....i'm glad you're actually safe now and that you're with me"

Death devil

Death noticed almost immediately that you weren't you, but instead a devil. Did that devil who kidnapped you really think it could trick the literal king of devil like this, or did it think that she wouldn't recognize her own lover immediately?

But instead of immediately confronting it she decided to toy with it for a bit, mostly for her own amusement and a bit of revenge for what it did. She asked control to go and search for you and free you, her younger sister happily obliged and when she was sure you were safe she started annoying the devil, acting like a bratty and demanding girlfriend all the while it was unaware that its plan had already failed

It was amusing for a while but it got boring very quickly, staying with you felt a lot better so very soon she just threatened and killed the devil after revealing that she knew all along

After the situation settled you asked her how she could know so early and easily and she answered that even if she could feel the what was in front of her was a devil because of her being death and all, what actually made her understand was how it acted, she would never mistake her love for anyone else (meanwhile she could feel her sister crying in the distance)

"I'm glad you're safe y/n, however that should not have happened in the first place, no devil should ever even think about hurting you or they will die by their king's hand"
