Konig

Will be excited to come home to you, immediately interrupting whatever you're doing and dragging you off to bed

Will take his hood and mask off has he's whisking you into the bedroom

Wants to be the little spoon but knows he's too big for it

Will compromise by laying his head on your chest and using one of your legs as a pillow between his own

Konig will make sure to keep the majority of his body off to the side of you because he's afraid of being too heavy for you.

Sometimes will be the big spoon if he's in the right mood, but will end up just pulling your entire body on top of his and crossing his legs on top of yours. You're locked in, there's no escape (hehe).

More likely to be the big spoon if he's about to go to work or is currently deployed

Likes to play with your hair a lot to soothe his own anxiety, he can get quite fidgety

Not much for words, he prefers to be quiet and maybe turn on the tv or something for background noise.

If you start talking about your day, he'll lazily look up at you before giving you a slow kiss- message received, enjoy the silence with this man.

This man will hold onto you for dear life while he sleeps, making going to the bathroom as precarious as a bomb defusal.

Simon "Ghost" Riley

Almost always the big spoon

Tries to give you a once-over without you noticing to make sure you're the same as he left you without letting you notice- you notice but don't say anything, you know he will always make sure you're okay

Pulls you into a hug for a long time every time he comes home from a mission. It's a silent bear hug and makes you feel safe. It makes his worries melt away.

You let his anxiety fade completely before you offer him something to eat, you know Simon doesn't get much outside of MREs at work. He'll politely decline if it's late (it usually is), but you'll say you're hungry so you'll just 'make too much' and share it with him.

You two will eat on the couch together and watch tv, your back pressed into his chest as his arm is lazily draped over your waist.

His head will occasionally rest on your head as he squeezes you a bit, reminding himself that he's home

Eventually he'll lay back and pull you onto his chest, signaling to you that he wants to sleep on the couch tonight. You don't mind, you just want Simon to feel comfortable.

He'll whisper "thank you" while kissing your forehead and lightly massaging your shoulders

You know that his gratitude wasn't just for the homemade meal, you two have a mutual understanding that doesn't require words.

Johnny "Soap" MacTavish

He will loudly announce his arrival home, dropping everything to tackle you in a hug

Will whisk you off your feet into a hungry kiss as he spins you around

He'll beg for you to make him a proper meal, you'll always make one for him no matter the time out of pity. Those MREs aren't easy on the stomach.

When you guys finally eat together, he will tell you a bit about work (without spilling too much information) and talk about the people he's met. He'll have you laughing within seconds at his stories.

You will 100% hear about Ghost and what a great man he is, how Johnny respects the hell out of his lieutenant

When you two finish, he'll let you get ready for bed while he does the dishes and cleans up your place a bit

You'll lay on your side, drifting to sleep as you wait for Johnny to join you

He'll return to your bedroom and wrap his arm around your waist, pulling you into him. He'll whisper into your ear about how much he missed you while kissing your neck and jaw

He'll reassure you that he'll be there when you wake up, squeezing you closer and wrapping one of his legs over your own

He'll get up early in the morning to greet you with breakfast in bed

Anakin Cuddling Headcannons (gn):

 -loves hugs. this man lives for hugs and you can’t prove me wrong. you see that run-hug-twirl thing he did with Padme at the beginning of rots? And like every scene after, he always has his hands on her arms like he’s holding her without holding her. the man loves hugs okay. 

-that being said, when you’re cuddling, having his arms around you is a must. He loves feeling you all bundled up in his arms, squished against his chest 

-it makes him feel like he can protect you from everything in the big bad galaxy, even if you can protect yourself. It just gives him that little bit of extra security for a while. 

-bad day? his arms are wide open. he’ll wrap you up and carry you to bed and lay with you and stroke your hair until you fall asleep. Perfect angle for forehead kisses as well.

-loves murmuring sweet little things in your ear. just the dumbest, cutest things that make you blush but also want to hit him at the same time. 

-random kisses. on the neck, on the forehead, on the back of the hand. shoulder kisses, cheek kisses, nose kisses. Mwauh mwah mwuah.

-if you guys fall asleep cuddling and drift during the night, there is always an arm still touching you. if he can’t feel your presence he doesn’t sleep as well.

-he’s very comfortable to just lie on. if you rest your head on his chest you can hear his heartbeat and feel how warm he is and smell his metal & spice scent. his chest rises and falls and it’s like riding a smooth wave which is very comforting and honestly feels like you’re being rocked to sleep.

-or you can lay on his abs. that’s always an option. of course he’ll ask what you’re doing down there,  but if you wrap your arms around his waist and refuse to move he’ll let you stay. 

-try to rest your head any lower, however… well let’s just say the cuddling gets a little heated

-if he has A Day and wants to be held, he’ll wrap his arms around you and nuzzle his head into your neck. it’s adorable cause it musses his hair up and he looks like a little lion cub, and it’s so soft and the little curlies tickle your neck.

-one of your personal favorites is when his head is resting on your chest and he falls asleep and you can feel his soft breaths fan across your collarbone and he just looks so relaxed and peaceful and unbothered. 

-little hums of appreciation when you play with his hair. his lips will twitch up in a little smile cause he likes the feeling of you playing with his curls and smoothing his bangs off his forehead.

-loves to just touch you. no matter what you’re doing, he’ll be running a hand up and down your arm, smoothing his thumb over your knuckles, tucking your hair behind your ear, trailing a hand down your back, ect. 

-hug him from behind while he’s doing something and he’ll pretend to be annoyed but he’ll let you stay and just tow you around with him

-cuddling is a must-have in a relationship with Anakin. he loves physical contact and is not afraid to deliver.

° hands down the big spoon 110% of the time. have you seen him? boii is tall and them arms? he’s so the big spoon, fight me on it.

° like his stature? he’s totally swallowing you in his hold.

° boyd loves to idly play with your fingers while you cuddle, it’s calming for him and gives himself something to focus on.

° all the forehead kisses galore!

° he grins into your hair and neck all the time, which makes you grin silly yourself.

° you’ve tried to be the big spoon before, but boyd just laughs at you, you can’t even put your arms around his waist properly. but he let’s you try to be the big spoon bc he knows it’ll hurt your feelings if he doesn’t let you.

° he totally get’s a dead arm every time you guys cuddle. you use his bicep as a pillow, he’s dedicated and will usually not move, but there’re rare - not so rare actually - occasions where he’ll flex the muscles in his arms and startle you awake. it makes him laugh. without a single word, he’ll pull his arm out from under your head and let you lay on his chest instead.

° he totally cuddles you without a shirt on. sometimes you cuddle him without a shirt on also. neither of you complain.

° boyd has this natural calm energy about him and whenever you’re with him, especially when you’re cuddling with him, his energy just rubs off on you. he always calms you down when you’re upset, angry, etc.

° he totally tickles you when you cuddle, pretending to bite your neck as you squirm in his grasp.

° after a fight has happened in beacon hills, he’ll come to you and cuddle you into his chest. he holds you extra tight bc he’s so protective of you. he’d be so hurt if anything were to happen to you.

° idk why i think this but on full moons you guys cuddle. you’re his anchor. just having you there, your presence, sight, scent, etc. just keeps him from turning. he’s so grateful for the fact that you have that affect on him. he never stops breathing the words “thank you” across your skin.

° he totally lets his hands wander when you guys kiss when you’re cuddling. you never ever seem to stop him so those times the cuddling leads to friskier activities.

° boyd is always comfortable around you, he’s always been that way from the beginning, even though he’s been a loner for most of his life and never really had many friends or dating experience. he swears you guys are soulmates of some sort.

° you guys will always tell funny stories from when you were younger with one another when you’re cuddling, and you laugh like  a  l o t !

° when you both are watching movies at his house, you’re laying in between his legs, your back against his chest. he’s got his hands linked in yours and he swears he loves those moments the most. he get’s embarrassed when his grandpa starts teasing you guys, calling you love birds and all.

° boyd falls asleep 100% of the time, which doesn’t really bother you. it only becomes a problem when you’re the one having to wake him up otherwise he’ll be late for training sessions or pack meetings. he pretends to stay asleep for longer just to mess with you.

° he’ll totally sneak up on you from behind, wrap his arms around your waist, lift you up in the air and throw you over his shoulder before gently flopping onto his bed with you on his chest. there’s a sigh of relief that emits from him then and you can’t help but giggle every time he does it.

° you nuzzle your face into his chest all the time, especially when you’re extremely comfy.

° tangled legs are a must. if not, boyd throws his legs over yours instantly. it’s the only way he ever get’s comfortable.

° serious deep talks ensue when you cuddle with boyd. he’s an open book with you because he trusts you with his life. he hopes you feel the same for him. he never pressures you to talk about anything you don’t want to. he’s game for lighthearted talks too.

° plays with your hair constantly, even when he falls asleep. it’s just natural for him to do it. so there’s never any chance for you to nudge or beg for him to keep playing with your hair.

° you guys always having music playing in the background when you’re cuddling and his fingers tap along to the beat on your skin softly. it’s usually really chilled out music playing, like slowed down versions of songs.

° also boyd’s an amazing singer? he’ll sing you to sleep when you’re cuddling. this is usually saved for when you’ve had a bad day though. he always puts you out with his voice, it’s velvety but also kinda husky and just so- so damn beautiful!

° sometimes you guys play fight and it just naturally leads to boyd wrapping his arms around you tightly, but not enough to hurt you or constrict your breathing in anyway. he says he won’t let go unless you tap out. you never do tap out, so he eventually loosens his grip and kisses the crown of your head.

° you’re both obsessed with listening to the others heartbeats. you guys always fall asleep with one of your guys’s heads on the others chest. boyd’s grandpa has walked in on you guys and started laughing, which wakes you both up and makes you flustered.

° doesn’t really cuddle with you around other people, like the pack. he will at his house when his gramps is around though. it’ll take him awhile to get comfortable enough to start cuddling you in front of his packmates.

° will rest his stinky feet on your lap and tell you to massage them. you pull a grossed out face before he laughs and pulls you on top of him to cuddle you bc honestly, he was just messing with you anyway.

° if you have a stuffed animal, you’ve totally woken up during cuddle sessions to witness boyd cuddling it. you took a picture and threatened to use it as black mail. but it’s okay bc he’s got tons of embarrassing pictures of you too so two can play at that game.

° boyd randomly presses his forehead against yours. sometimes he’ll say sweet things and other times you’ll open your eyes and he’s pulling a dumb face or says some of the weirdest things ever.

I love this boy and writing cuddling headcanons are so relaxing to write for! I’m on a spree today with writing. I think I’ll try tone it down and schedule a few for tomorrow ,later today or later on the week.

From now on for headcanons I’ll use bullet points instead.

Definitely the type to cuddle early in the relationship

Doesn’t mind what spoon he is, but on some occasions he loves being the big spoon!

Can be a little affectionate when he cuddles like stroking your hair, whispering sweet compliments in your ear which can be flattering at times. Or something simple like lightly holding your hand.

Loves cuddling in the morning, he thinks it’s adorable when you sound so tired so he playfully teases you about not sleeping enough.

He’s a quick sleeper so just until you two settle down he’s already asleep, you can barely ever hear his snores, you wonder how he can sleep without trying.

Headcannon: Blanket Hog/Cuddle Bug

Val is a blanket hog when it comes to sleeping with her S/O.

She gets cold easily so in her sleep sometimes, she will take as much blanket as possible while she’s knocked out cold.

She also treasures any warmth she can get due to sheviving in the woods alone for most of her childhood.

Valivion also loves cuddling up to her S/O.

Sometimes it seems like she’s a magnet. She will take advantage of any skin to skin contact she can get because of how much warmer her S/O is.

She loves after sex cuddles the best due to the two being naked and their body heat being elevated. That’s when she sleeps best.

Valivion loves when her S/O will wrap their arms around her. It makes her feel safe.

Val loves putting her head on her S/O’s chest so she can hear their heart. It keeps her asleep and soothes her and keeps her for the most part from any PTSD nightmares.
