just saw the post referring to darkners and their appearance in context of the snowblindness.. and you mentioned a certain guitar!! can we know some more about them .. ?

(somewhat related, i have a guitar darkner myself, albeit belonging to the church but still being played by dess, so im especially curious.)

Snowblind - Sir Strum

Was considering keeping this guy a secret, but hey, why not show him off! This is Sir Strum, the darkner of December's guitar! A fiercely loyal paladin that has sworn his very life and soul to ensure the hopes and dreams of his family (and also December's in specific, whom he refers to exclusively as 'my lady') come true. Unable to prevent the disappearance of his beloved lady - and in the case of the Snowblind continuity, unable to stop the descent of the lady's sister - Sir Strum has taken to the snowy wastelands searching not only for his lost lady but a way to fight back against the influence of the Thorned Heir.

Inheriting his lady's penchant for dramatics and stubborn flair, Sir Strum will throw himself into danger again and again if it means the protection of those he cares about. This, even though the only weapon at his disposal is a lone guitar pick that had been lost in his body, transformed by the Roaring into a sturdy shield. Sir Strum speaks in a pulpy sword-and-sorcery style befitting his noble ideals. His bravado and dedication have earned the respect of the Cuptains, who have joined him on his quest to free their own lady's, frozen solid by the Ice Witch's admonishing powers.

Take heart, oh prisoners of winter! A symphonic saviour has come, and he sings a song of spring!
