My kind of #FASTfood 😜 I've been experimenting with my breakfast over the past week or so. Instead of eating, I've been drinking fluids only; typically a combo of black coffee with a dash of coconut milk along with lemon, cucumber, and raw unpasteurized ACV infused water. I then eat my first meal around noon.
