My beautiful wife
Do legos even know what hands are even though they don’t have fingers.
What if the figure gotten bigger like azure did and they ended up having fingers what would they look like?
French fries?
Girl…. I am literally in the middle of my Gravity Falls fan revival.
I'm on the page putting word after word….
I just put dorito….. and I don't see why it's terrifying, not scary.
and I put in giffany and I'm regretting it, my soul is slowly being sucked out of me…. help
(And I don't know, sandy is a lego and he has fingers, what do we call that? blue licorice?)
Monsters are just cool gay friends who send you memes and talk out your relationship drama and Jimmy will never have that
Andrew was standing there doing nothing before deciding to drop randomly his peace sign for 2secs. That’s so curious...
I’m back for another Vincezo clothing observation! Let’s now talk about Myung Hee!
Here’s Han Seo’s if anyone’s interested 👀
Yo. She’s looking/dressing more and more like one of Jun Woo’s signature looks! Is this some sort of foreshadowing for the second half of the drama??? Or am I just over-analyzing?? Only time will tell!!!!
(SPOILERS AHEAD. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SEE THOSE, SCROLL FAST NOW!)
Okay first off, here’s a photo of Jun Woo. He dresses like this (polo shirt + sweater) pretty often--at least until he revealed his true identity to other people in ep. 6. That’s one of his distinguishing style.
Now to Myung Hee. Starting from ep. 8, (after losing to, and being humiliated by Vincenzo + Chayoung in the previous ep.), she starts to wear the polo shirt sweater ensemble more often. This is also the episode where she declared that she never lost twice in a row + Jun Woo praised her “devil spirit” after she screamed at him lol.
Out of the 5 different outfits she wore in this episode, 3 of them are like that.
In episode 9, we see her dress like that again 2 times out of 3. This is all after she witnessed Jun Woo kill Prosecutor Seo. Curiously, both scenes are connected with death (of the prosecutor and the victims’ families). Also notice the placement of the collar. It’s now tucked in just like how Jun Woo usually wore it.
In episode 10: All of the time (3 out 3).
This is also the episode where (1) for the first time, we see Myung Hee and Jun Woo by themselves (they’re usually with Han Seo and/or Atty. Han), (2) Myung Hee declares she wants to live/feel like a god too, just like Jun Woo (and they bonded over that, over coffee), and (3) she jokingly(?) grabbed Atty. Han’s neck. Remember who else did that?
This progression is actually pretty subtle (or I just didn’t pay too much attention to her) that I only realized this in episode 10, the scene with her and Atty. Han.
Also, a side note: In my post about Han Seo’s collar, I mentioned that Atty. Han has also sported the same style (use of a collar pin/bar) once. I was wrong, he actually wore them occasionally! Though not as obvious as Han Seo’s because his pins are smaller. They’re the only characters who have worn those stuff in their collars.
Myung Hee and Jun Woo --> polo shirt-sweater ensemble + the act of choking someone
Atty. Han and Han Seo --> collar pins/bars + being chocked.
Knives Out isn’t like, the ultimate anti-capitalist screed praxis-thing and is mostly just a really fun movie, but it does have one important theme that I think a lot of similar things shy away from touching, which is that when push comes to shove liberals/centrists who loudly hate the right will still side with them if it means banding against “the other”
