So, that was… fun.
Cleo saying “Who turned you?” And Avid LYING.
THREE(?) new vampires? And the vampire compass to find new ones? If you can’t tell I literally only watch Avids and sometimes Martyns POV and it shows.
This is such a cool mechanic to use oh my gosh-
Him finding out he’s literally SUROUNDED by vampires- WHEN HE IS ONE OF THEM NOW?
The vampires literally rushing to his location when they found out about ANOTHER new one???
AND he CHOSE to get turned? The fanfic writer in me is cackling right now.
He went INTO THE JAILCELL??
On a slightly lighter note- can we just make Drift and Avid siblings at this point. Not biologically or even fully, but that is Found Family. They are Siblings.
I can just imagine as the series goes on if Avid continues to deny he’s a vampire. The amount of ANGST.
He could eventually, once everyone is turned if they don’t get a cure, watch the family the vampires made for themselves.
And he wouldn’t let himself join them.
Avid being absolutely terrified after he got turned. Because I don’t know if it was just me perceiving it wierd, but that was fear, right?
The nervous little laughs at Cleo and Apos insistence, the literal SPRINTING when Scott shows up.
I need Avid to get slowly lured in by the vampires and/or townspeople like the sad wet cat he is (Or sad wet dog? The werewolf theories are their own thing.). Please.
