I’ve gotten complacent in my #weightlossjourney and as a result I’ve returned to bad eating habits. I’ve gained weight. My lowest weight was 166 but now I’m up to 178. Ugh! I’m determined now more than ever to lose 30 pounds by my birthday in November! That’s roughly 10 pounds a month. I think it can be done if I eat better and move (workout) more! #weightloss #gastricbypass #30poundstogo #ineedaworkoutbuddy #anytakers #highestweight #currentweight #goalweight #100poundsdown #143poundsgoneforever

#CurrentWeight.... 23 months ago I was tired, ran out of breath playing with my kids, but most importantly I was in chronic pain. I weighed 188 pounds at 5'7". I was 35 years old. It was a mid life crisis before mid life 😂😂 I decided to run. Oh my god it was horrible at first!!! That started a physical health stewardship and discipleship that I hadn't done since the military (2002!!!). People say a few things will take you out and physical health is one of them. I'm incredibly thankful for @simplyannao putting up with long runs, aches and pains, and #HalfMarathon race days. And for her incredible ability to adapt to healthy change. We now eat better than ever and she is doing yoga. Praise Jesus for development as part of discipleship. Our family will never be the same. #otaolafamily (at Denver, Colorado)
