I remember seeing it pointed out by a Black person on twitter years ago, back when I saw tons of queer discourse on my timeline, that the queer slur discourse that was happening at the time was a bunch of white ppl assuming queer slurs worked like racial slurs when they don't, and it forever changed my opinion on white queer discourse bc so much of it is just a bad imitation of racial discourse that BIPOC have been having for decades
And it speaks a lot to racist white queers and why they act the way they do bc they assume being a person of color and being queer are similar or identical experiences when it isn't true, thus they think they don't need to interrogate their own racism. Many such cases
I am currently watching the kdrama, See You at Work Tomorrow and I can’t help but admire Seo In Guk’s face.
Wait a minute… was he always this handsome?
There’s something about the button downs he’s wearing that are appealing to me.
Outside the fictional drama landscape, I'm not really a fan of the concept of a boss falling in love with his employee especially if they're from the same department. The power dynamic between them is just ehhh.
But this is just drama afterall, and I can just turn off that part of my brain telling me it's weird. And I kind of like how their admiration for each other stems from their competence at work.
Truthfully, I haven't been paying that much attention while watching this (lol). I put it on while I was working so I don't think it's fair enough for me to form a strong opinion about it. One thing's for sure though, I'm tuning in for the upcoming episode next week.
Really glad I've sworn off drugs n alcohol I think if I tried to roll a joint or use a bong it'd be exactly like those memes of ppl doing it so wrong they get kicked out of the weed circle
