A Sweet Christmas Story
Planning your holiday feast doesn't end at the turkey. If you’re anything like the girls I had the pleasure of working with, it will most certainly be an affair surrounded with wonderful eats, and an (albeit slightly overloaded) sweets station. So, when you get the call to shoot with Chichi Tullao by fellow “Clasher” Carmela Villagas-Agosta, you make time.
With that I am so happy to share with you all a collab of passionate baking, and visual story telling, with our most heartfelt Christmas greetings!

So what do we think of when we think of Christmas? Just about anything from edible ornaments + citrus burst cupcakes + custom mix of holiday sprinkles, gingerbread tree cookies, surprise inside hand-painted surprise inside “present” sugar cookies.
Violet Jam Filling and Dark Chocolate Naked Cake with spiced cream cheese frosting, chocolate dipped meringue cones, Ponche de Crema (Eggnog).
Candy Cane sugar cookies, sparkly snowflake ginger cookies, gold coloured antlers on those reindeer (filled with mallow creme).

Complete with a chocolate mud/Red velvet alternating tiers covered with a chocolate ganache finish, gold painted drip, and edible sugar flowers in “Red Velvet” red and a snowflake studded Bûche de Noēl (Yule log).
