does anyone know where in the dai game files the multiplayer ability trees are defined? they're not like the singleplayer trees (which use the 'bwabilitytree' file type), and the abilities arent referenced by any files that have been useful for actually tracking the trees down
MAN im so sad da:i multiplayer is dying....... no one's ever on, and it's a struggle to get even a group of 3 sometimes
it's been one of my fav things to play but it sucks playing on your own

Dragon Age: Inquisition
Dragon Age Inquisition Multiplayer!!
Anybody still play this? I’ll be playing the main game more in the next few weeks and would love to have partners in MP! Message me if you wanna coordinate times - I’m unavailable during normal working hours Pacific time, but have time in the evenings!
P.S. I don’t use a mic (just the preset buttons for communication) but we can coordinate via tumblr chat if needed!
RIP for the second time
The lag is unbelievable, I am so sorry @storybookhawke

Hall: You know, I don't think I've ever seen you with a staff. Baqoun: Nope. Hall: ...Aren't you a mage? Baqoun: Yep! Hall: Don't you need one? Baqoun: Listen, if you could turn into an enormous growly bear, would you piddle around with a little stick? Hall: Point taken.
Sidony: Is there any in your number who is not a shapeshifter? Sata-kas: Are you kidding? Kaariss wouldn't be caught dead shapeshifting. Sidony: Good. Then there is at least one among you with some sense. Sata-kas: (laughs) Kaariss? The one who refused to eat bird's meat for five days because they said it was "interfering with their muse"? Sidony: I retract my previous statement; you are all fools. Sata-kas: That's the spirit!

Rating: G, Gen Characters: Cillian, Lavellan Summary: Arahel is a mage who uses a sword; many Dalish find this laughable, or at least, impractical. So they're not expecting to meet another Dalish mage who does the same.
It was late in the afternoon, and the sun filled Skyhold's open spaces like water, seeping across the dirt-trodden ground and searing Arahel's eyes. They turned a little more, angling their body away from the sun as they took another sweep at the training dummy in front of them, movements quick and sharp.
Then, they slowed, reaching out with their magic until the world around them began to shimmer—the Fade, touching into the physical world in a way they hadn't experienced since they'd left for Skyhold.
"You use the Dirth'ena Enasalin," came a voice, and Arahel started, the world flashing back into focus as their concentration broke.
An elven man stood a few feet away, white hair falling around skin even darker than Arahel's, a variation on their own vallaslin lining his face—June, god of crafts. Arahel's hands tightened uneasily on their sword; they'd had enough disapproval from their own clan's craftsman. "What about it?" they said warily.
