Jesse looked back to Rex for confirmation.

"Montrals," Rex replied, shrugging. Skywalker snored again.

There's a division between those who see Anakin as Ahsoka's dad and those who see him as her older brother. I think he's both: an older brother with an overprotective dad complex (he is Anakin, after all?). So, it occurs to me: Anakin definitely had to discipline Ahsoka once or twice. I mean, beyond the typical Jedi discipline of training more and writing reports. And of course, as an overprotective dad/older brother… he has his moments. Ideas that come to mind:

"You need to sleep eight hours, that's what the Togruta teen growth book Padmé gave me says."

"I know you don't like juice, but it's very healthy."

"Go down to the city on this planet? No problem, but not alone. Take Jesse and Fives. And be back before curfew!"

Anakin is raising a teenager without having gone through pregnancy, the baby or infant stage, and being himself barely a teenager five years older 😂 This is all a typical "do as I say, not as I do" situation.

If there are support groups on the Holonet for single parents (and especially for children of other species), 100% Anakin signs up, saying,

"I'm raising a Togruta daughter/little sister, what would you recommend?"

But it's even funnier when someone asks, "Hey, and your ages?"

And Anakin replies, "Well, I'm 20 and my Togruta is 15—which is as complicated an age as everyone says."

More funny details that Anakin will probably impose on the ship: a jar of swear words. Sure, maybe he'll let Ahsoka say one, but it depends on the situation and the word used.

Some more Dadakin art 😆. Headcanon that Luke can fall asleep ANYWHERE, whereas Leia FIGHTS sleep. Top right doodle was inspired by the Bluey episode “Magic Xylophone”. Bluey is such a comfort show for me, even as an adult 😆 and I can really picture Anakin being like Bandit in another timeline. There are so many Bluey inspired Skywalker doodles I could draw if I only had the time 😌.
