I like to headcannon that when a vampire is first turned, they can be very clinging to the vampire that originally turned them until they drink blood and become an independent vampire.

With seras and Alucard it would simply be Alucard being more tolerant with her silly antics than he ever would with any other vampire or human, while seras would kinda just cling to him and watch him no matter what he did. Even if it's simply adjusting his coat.

For her, every moment would feel like an important lesson, even if it's not directly stated that it is one or Alucard is simply doing something even a baby would know. Seras would act like he's a genius purely out of respect and admiration due to being his fledgling.

Alucard: *literally just drinking blood like it's water.*

Seras: *staring intensity from a corner*

Alucard: "is there a reason you've been watching me for three hours straight without blinking, police girl?"

Seras: "o-oh!- Sorry master! You're just so cool!"

Alucard: "I am literally just drinking blood..and for two hours before this I was sitting in my chair."

Seras: "oh..w-well I can go.." *cue her looking like a kicked puppy*

Alucard: "... You can stay."

The first thing I did after watching the Season 2 premiere of Nocturne in January was draw dad!Alucard. All I know about the kid is that she’s the progeny of himself and this enby and is non-canon until further notice. Who I need to put out at some point but you know what? Fuck it. Alucard’s shirt is hilarious, so this is getting posted first.

Alucard headcanon 

More wholesome Dadcard 

- Whatever his little one takes interest in as they grow, Alucard makes sure he shows interest. He knows that children can be easily discouraged; he doesn’t want this to happen to his pup.

- Pranks that involve Pip, Seras or any low ranking employee as targets; Alucard gladly joins in. If the Target is Integra, Alucard’s staying in the basement. 

-  When his little one meets the Queen for the first time, he let’s her hold them. No, he did not shed tears when the Queen held his baby. What you talking about?

- When his pup has hiccups, Alucard picks them up and pats their back until they calm down. Even when their teens or adults, cause a pup is a pup, period. 

- “Father?” “Hm?” “Where do babies come from?” “O-O....Master! Police Girl! Help!”

- If playing a horror game with them, Alucard will pretend to get scared when they get jumped scared. Not much actually scares the vampire, but once in while a genuine scared reaction will come from him. If the game is scary/unexpected enough.
