When Nathaniel took Daisy and you could see them experimenting on her my heart stopped.
And poor Sousa couldn’t do anything to help her but watch.
When they dragged her back in the cell, limp, I thought I was going to die of anxiety.
“Jiaying. It happened before. Jiaying.”
My poor girl has been through so much in such little time. The trauma of having what happened to her mother happen to her must have been so devastating.
The protectiveness Sousa showed for Daisy. Fuck, I love him so much.
The way he was telling her the story about how he lost his leg was so touching. How he had someone there with him the whole time telling him “you’re going home” and then he did the same for Daisy UGH-
“We’re going home, so you’ve got to fight.”
The way he pulled her into his lap and held her, keeping watch.
HIM STROKING HER HAIR AND TRYING DESPERATELY TO KEEP HER AWAKE, FUCK ME.
Our girl kept a shard of glass wedged in her hand to give them a fighting chance, I love her, she’s such a badass.
“Plenty of fight left in you after all.”
THAT BITCH NATHANIEL GOT WHAT HE DESERVED HAVING HIS BONES SHATTER INTO PIECES.
SOUSA WALKING OUT OF THAT SHITHOLE, CARRYING DAISY WITH A BAD LEG, AND HAVING NOTHING TO SUPPORT HIM WAS A POWER MOVE.

All in all, great episode and I loved the DaisySous content, but at what cost???
Tiny Headcanons: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
On microwave ovens: Daisy explained to Daniel on the Zephyr how to heat water for tea using the microwave in the galley -- which led to Fitzsimmons countering that no microwave could properly heat a cuppa and there were diagrams on Daniel’s tablet indicating hot and cold spots and the impact each had on the flavor of the tea itself. Daisy warmed up a cup of milk in the microwave, added cocoa, and passed it to Daniel to sip while he listened to the debate.
