the final DUNE movie cycle just kicked off with a bang and yes: the actors look beyond shockingly stunning in the thriller-esque posters.
so i fucking love how the internet literally came alive for this.
but! i also want us to talk about how far denis villeneuve has come fighting so hard to make this trilogy bc the gigantic result - all created within 5 years?
otherworldly, mysterious, generational, widely popular, significant, huge, impressive, event-like, a cinematic behemoth to really remember.
dune is the cutting edge politically, technologically, socially, and visually.
it took villeneuve 30 years (!) to gear up for this and it worked. i’m so happy for denis.
