Dan Poole's Green Goblin's Last Stand. Back when James Cameron was working on his vision of Spider-Man, Poole was an actor/stuntman who decided to try out by making a demo tape, which became a full fan-film, filmed in 1992, with a budget of approximately 400 dollars.
Here's the thing that really set it apart from other fan films before and since.
Poole did not give one solitary fuck about safety, filming himself swinging from an abandoned high rise without a safety net, staging fist fights down dark alleys, jumping off a bridge or two and even clinging to the roof of a moving car speeding down an open street. Apparently, as long as the car stayed a steady 45 mph, he'd be safe.
