Hey! How about 2 and 6? Have a lovely day!
Hi mu-zi-light!! I hope you have an awesome day too! :)
I already answered 2, but here’s 6. :) :)
5: Do you think stories can change lives? Is there a story that has changed yours?
Yeah, absolutely. I think that books and stories have a potential for you to mirror yourself in them and just knowing that you’re not the only one going through something can be a powerful thing!
As a very young teenager, I remember reading a Danish coming-of-age book called Når snerlen blomstrer by Bjarne Reuter (I don’t think it exists in English?), and that book changed me. I read it, and then I read it again, and then again. I think I’ve read that book maybe 30 or 40 times? It was my go-to book for a while. It taught me that it’s okay to be different and to be a bit weird in your own way. I distinctly remember that the main character Bjørn had this typewriter he used to type up certain words that made him feel things and then he put those words into a box for safe-keeping. And that was just so relatable to me. He was my first fictional crush and still to this day when someone mentions that book I get real mushy inside… xD
Help me procrastinate and ask me one or more of these questions! :)
