_INTRO
First things First, I want to become really friggin’ good at what I do. And what I do is Motion Graphics and VFX. I have chosen to become a graduate student at Full Sail for Film Production because, I feel that I don’t understand the basics of how the production pipeline works. To eventually become a creative director one day, I would need to know the ins and outs of the industry. During my time here at school, I am also intending to work on side projects that involve techniques that I have yet to explore in school. Whether that is a compositing project that requires live action, or a complete CGI short-film. My roommate (Alex) is really into the whole VJ (visual DJ) scene, and I’ve tried a couple projects and I’m not too bad at it. The only thing is that it requires a lot of time to really master. I would like to take the time here at Full Sail to start making/acquiring assets to mess around with different methods of VJ-ing, and to take up live shows as often as possible. This blog page will help keep me accountable of social media posts and showcase my artwork to the public more often. With this VJ stuff, a lot of assets have to constantly be made, and each one of those assets could easily become a twitter post or a tumblr post, or any kind of social media for that matter. For example, once I hit my goal of personal branding for the month, I am going to be enforcing weekly projects to publish on my social media. I feel like this would be a good pressure starter for myself to start getting side projects done. During my time at Full Sail I would like to improve myself 100% into a better me. Better work ethic, better skill sets, and a better grasp on my inner creative. And I will, one post at a time.
