You both need to step back and look at this on actual business mechanics lens. Henry hired Dany to protect and expand his career and brand image. He pays Dany a 15% commission to do a job, not to orchestrate a conflict of interest.The reality is this is a career sabotage.
Dany breached her professional duty by aligning with Natalie, a connection explicitly confirmed when they were photographed dining together. They are close, and they have an agenda. This entire disaster is driven by Dany who has a pathological issue with authority and simply cannot handle a refusal or a 'no' from Henry. When Henry tried to move on (because clearly instead of being such a professional manager on him, she only have her eyes and focus on Dwayne), she dug in, weaponizing her position of trust to force an unauthorized, toxic PR narrative onto him while still pocketing his earnings.
My point is when you hire a professional, they are obligated to protect your assets and career, not dismantle them because their own ego can't handle being told 'no.' Henry trusted her, what he got? A stab at the back. Perfect, what a good manager! He didn't lose his 'freedom' to a curse; he was sabotaged by a pseudo professional who crossed every professional boundary to give an unwelcome visitor a platform.
Now, where is Dany now? How's her ventures and companies? Didn't she think that she will not received repercussions after what she have done to Henry? She may slid away from lawsuits and prison but she will never ever slip away from consequences just liker her minion Natalie.
