Happy Mother's Day!
I really liked The Rock’s new show “Young Rock”!!! :D He’s always been one of my favorite wrestlers, as I grew up watching and my whole family were fans, and now one of my fav actors too, so this is fun seeing his past on a TV show. There’s 4 timelines with him in the early 80s when his dad was one of the big wrestlers in the early days of WWF, then 1987 when he was in high school, and the early 90s when he was playing football at the University of Miami, with him telling the story in 2032 in interviews with Randall Park. I’m personally loving the early 80s stories the most as they’ve got so many wrestlers I remember from when I was little (and the older ones my Dad was a fan of before me) including Andre the Giant in a major recurring role. Also funny too seeing an actor play LSU’s current head football coach Ed Orgeron as he recruited and coached Dwayne at Miami and that actor had his unique voice down. LOL Looking forward to how this goes and learning more about his parents and seeing what other wrestlers show up.
