Au where, after their parents are killed, Sasuke is stuck with Itachi. Itachi isn't anywhere close to being a good brother or caretaker, living (or rather wasting) his years left alive smoking weed, drinking, doing dangerous shit and bringing danger near Sasuke before his disease is supposed to take him. After a run in with the police, Itachi is arresred for what he's done, and Sasuke is given to the only family he has left. Obiko Uchiha. Obiko, going under the name Tobiko at work, takes good care of Sasuke. Being very patient with him while he adjusts to the much better life style. No more weird smells, no more bottles being thrown, no more getting hit for making a tiny mistake. Sasuke becomes a much happier kid, although still traumatised. He gets home schooled for a bit while he settles into his new life, and finds his love for learning again. When he goes back to public school, Obiko starts working at Daraday's company. Always available and willing to lose pay or hours if Sasuke needs her. Everything goes well until in the middle of a meeting, Tobiko gets an emergency call from the school and she has to rush out, barely having time to explain what's going on. One of Itachi's friends had come and beat up Sasuke while he was waiting for a bus. They blamed him for Itachi's arrest, and almost killed him for it. Tobiko couldn't bare to leave Sasuke on his own after that, and after a discussion with Daraday, took him to work with her. They needed money to eat, and while Sasuke was in danger she couldn't leave him. Daraday was supportive of it once he knew what was going on. He feels sorry for the kid, but is very very happy that he's getting loved and cared for so well.

Kakashi: If you could have sex with your boss and get out of having to do paperwork, would you?

Tobiko: No.

Kakashi: Why?

Tobiko: I like to do the paperwork...

Tobiko: BUT, if I could have sex with him to get out of having to hang out with you, I would.

Kakashi: Really? REALLY?

Tobiko: Yes. I would use sex as a currency to pay to not be around you.

Tobiko finally gets custody of Sasuke and Itachi, but there are a lot of bad bad people trying to take them back... or kill them... sent by their parents. Leading tobiko to having to take them to work with her and home-schooling her. Daraday helps as much as he can, after Tobiko breaking down in front of him trying to explain her situation, ask of her bottled up stress, frustration and worry all bursting out. He defends her any time somebody complains about the kids, and even fires some people for pushing Sasuke around. Eventually, Tobiko falls in love with him bc of how much he's helped her. And he falls for her after seeing just how loving and caring she is, even if she's not very pleasant to other people when the boys aren't around. They become a little family, and Itachi gets over his sickness, because of Tobiko getting him the treatment he needed. And Tobiko "takes care" of their parents, so there's no more bad people bugging them
