☆Able To Be Complimented☆
Nozomu: “When I went to the convenience store, the foreign store worker told me, ‘Your Japanese is super great~!!’”
Nozomu: “I complemented back, ‘Your’s is good, too!’ and we high-fived!”
Sora: “World peace right there.”
☆Jumping On Recent Trends☆
Soushi: “Recently, there’s been a lot of people baking bread while they’re stuck inside at home, so I thought I might try baking some as well, but...”
Soushi: “Recipes call for bread flours, wheat flours, and other flour types, but for salt they just say ‘salt.’ I feel like there’s tons of different varieties of salt you could use, you know...”
Morihito: “ I see (haha).”
T/N: Don’t forget Soushi is a salt connoisseur so he knows his salt well haha
Koki: “Since I usually cook food myself, I was thinking it would be good to take it a step further and make the cooking more artisanal now that I have more time to do so. What do you think?”
Mamoru: “--- is what Koki said, but this is coming from a guy who normally makes his own pasta and udon from scratch with flour, so for him to take it even further... I don’t even know what that’d be.”
Kensuke: “He’s gonna cultivate his own fields?”
Ryota: “Maybe mix his own soil?”
Kensuke: “Wait, Kou’s practically a little rich kid... So he would just acquire plots of land. In other words, maybe he would start looking into real estate ventures for farmland...”
Mamoru: “I see. Creating his own village for the sake of harvesting food resources...”
Ryota: “I would totally live there.”
Koki: “No, that’s not it at all! (laughs)”
#he meant things like trying to make a different sauce than the usual
Soushi: “Even if we do make bread, it seems like there hasn’t been much flour lining the shelves lately. (Is there a shortage?)”
Sora: “I think everyone is trying just to make bread at home. That’s somehow comforting (lol).”
#everywhere is out of stock
#making your own bread huh
#you can still buy bread itself if you want to eat bread
