A lot of people don’t realise how deeply the fact that emperor didn’t love his sons and only saw them as tools, fucked guilliman up. He literally has a indirect mental crisis about it and makes the fact that he’s lonely so so much worse.

A parent not loving you fucks up a child even a adult deeply.

Even more as he’s only a tool to the emperor and how slowly without realising he accepts the fact more and more and it consumes him.

Just a useful tool to keep his fathers dream running without a master caring how much it suffers just kickstarting it again when it stops working.

A new favorite tool used till everything is squeezed out of it.

And that’s one of the many tragedies of Guilliman.

And it’s actually so well written those conflicts of him suffering from the fact that the emperor didn’t love him and only saw him as a tool.

Guilliman left the crawler deck. Comfort had not been a high priority in the vehicle’s design. It was cramped enough for a standard human, but Guilliman had to stoop to negotiate its corridors, bending almost double to squeeze his way through the doors.

Thought y’all would enjoy the sight of a primarch suffering from his creator’s decision to make him Big 😂🤣😂
