I'm hoping to start writing again next year.

I have to kind of fix my time management issue that's been plaguing me for the last 2 years.

I'm probably going to wait till after I get the chickens and work them into my schedule.

I'm thinking I can get some writing done either during my lunches, nap times or before I go to bed but like I said, it depends on the chickens XD

I'm kind of invested in working on my Neon Palace story as I'm leaning towards those characters the most right now.

BIG UPDATE

So I haven't been wanting to talk about this since my partner and I haven't been 100% sure on what we wanted to do so here it is:

I'm pregnant.

I'm putting the child up for adoption.

This wasn't an easy decision but we know there will be someone out there who will love this little goober to bits just as much as we love our son.

I've yet to tell my family as I don't want to take the spotlight off my cousin who's having her first kid and we're all super excited for her.

Anyways that was one of my big AHHHHHHH moments.

Almost over being sick.

Training a new girl at work.

Old boss fired, coworker was given her position.

My precious baby said the f, d and s words -_-

Been working on gifts.

Got sucked back into playing Stardew Valley

Certain relatives are going through their first or second midlife crisis.

It's been a full couple of weeks :D

The shit show that is 2025

Ok, so some of you may know that I'm pregnant... again lol

So on top of being pregnant, my hours at work have changed, I had to get another car, my weekends have been fully fucking booked up due to running around to do taxes, groceries, pick up car parts, and so on.

Things are finally calming down (?) and I started writing again today realizing how much I've missed it. Right now I cannot guarantee when I'll get back to a normal schedule but I'm hoping before the end of this year I can at least post once a week again.

My partner is coming to terms with how important writing is to me and how drained I am without doing so. I can't put these mixed feelings and emotions into my other hobbies like I can with writing.

I'm hoping to get something out this weekend as he's going camping with his friends.

On the struggle bus

I'm tired.

Physically here but mentally in la la land.

I'm having a hard time eating and I mean just putting food into my mouth without wanting to vomit. I've had issues with textures in the past but now it seems like it's getting worse.

I'm sort of afraid that I'm not getting enough nutrients because of this so I'm trying to take supplements and test what textures won't upset me and so far it's been soups, crunchy stuff like pickles and apples, and salsa (although I'm counting this as a soup because I eat it without chips).

Meat is a hit and miss too unless it's in soup and it's small.

I've been trying to write here and there but my brain only has enough power to work and take care of my kid atm.

I'm going to try and talk to my doctor about this soon because it's really putting a damper on my life. I feel tired and have no energy and I can't eat save for a few things.

I'll try and update when I can but if it takes a bit, this is why.

I'm writing, I'm writing

I had a terrible writers block, coupled with the fact that my precious little toddler just got the last of his teeth in... Which has been an event. Things at work are also settling down and my hubby just got us a new laptop so that's been helping (because writing on a chromebook isn't cutting it anymore).

Anywho I'm halfway through the next part of Cream Tea and then I'll be working on Bond of Blood & Delight which means after that I'll be able to share part 1-3 here on Tumblr~

I appreciate y'alls patience with my on again off again schedule XD Every time I think I have a grip on it, something happens (pregnancy, work, MY FUCKING CAR, and just about anything)

Good Update

So I'm under new management at work which has meant a shift in responsibilities but in a good way that makes sense and myself and the other accounts manager are getting full defined rolls that no one has been able to do since I started here.

I am also very very close to having my house fully organized and purged of old and unused belongings (my pre New Year clean up).

That being said with less to do aside my daily tasks, I should be able to start writing again soon. I'm hoping mid January to allow myself to figure out a new spot at home and a good schedule on my break times at work.

Writing update

So I've put a lot of thought into it and even talked to a friend about it, but I think I'm going to go back to my old updating style.

For those of you who have been with me since I started, that means I'll be posting random updates from different stories. I have been dying to start on Neon Palace, get back to Masks and Midnight Oceans and start outlining The Fairy Godfather Dilemma and Hot Apple Pie.

What does this mean for any of my current projects? I'll feel less burnt out when working on one story at a time and I'll also feel less obligated to push stuff out for the sake of it (which isn't always good, less quality) and I'll be able to finally scratch that writer's itch.

When will this start? Probably after I post the next Dreamers & Delusions update and work through the notes on my publishing project (yes that's still in the works, just hard to write with a full time job and a baby)

Anyway, please look forward to some more variety this year. Love my mermen but I miss writing about my other guys
