thanks to @monkeymeghan i have tracked my mood, habits, symptoms and tasks for 93 days in a row
I'm so thankful you inspired me to get the app again, it's been very helpful in finding causes of things and pacing myself.
I felt so much worse when I started, and today I even made myself some goals to keep record of some healthy habits. It found me at the right moment, too, because it doesn't stress me out and give me anxiety that I must do things. Rather, I can now track and see my actual capability for things, which means i am working with my body and brain within the real world, instead of bending over backwards to make everything fit into my own steretypical idea of "how things are supposed to be"
It took some time to set it up as it now is, and it is ever evolving, but i am very grateful for it.
