i went to the library the other day to borrow some books because it was announced that we'll be going into partial lockdown again :( so i wanted to get some stuff to keep me occupied in the meantime!

🧶 hello! congrats on hitting 250 followers. this is such a cute thing you're doing. in return, i'm giving you a pic of my kitty too ♡

her name is sha and she's almost 2 years old. my family loves putting her in outfits but she absolutely hates it. once we're done fondling her, she'd hide in a corner and try to take it off. she's been smart enough to remove the hats (we have a pig & a dinosaur one hehe) but she hasn't figured out the shark suit yet. so when she transforms into the sea beast, she'd just lie down and sulk :") she's just dramatic, i promise

she also loves playing with yarn when i'm knitting :") hence the yarn emoji. hope this was a fun read, have a great day! ♡

going to the library at night just hits different ✨ it's so peaceful and serene. you get a sort of light feeling like when you're looking up at the stars on the rooftop and you know everything will be alright

i went to the biggest bookstore in singapore for the first time and let me tell you, it was magical. it was definitely chaotic since i wasn’t sure how the books were arranged but i managed to find the holy grail that is red (taylor’s version) 🥺❤️‍🔥

i've been appreciating the empty streets a lot more recently, and being able to take in everything that comes in my way. it's difficult to be grateful when a hundred thoughts is going through your mind, plus all the countless distractions.

sending all my love & gratitude to people who gift others books because let me tell you, it’s a literal love language on its own!!! these stacks of paper with words on them cost so much money 😩 extra points if it’s been annotated 💔

i may have finished reading this beauty a few weeks back but i am not done quoting what miss hoover has said. it ends with us may not have been my favourite book but it was wonderfully written. you can find my full review here if you’re interested in knowing all my thoughts on this tiktok favourite!

i went to the bookstore and look at this cute lil book i found! it includes short stories about neighbourhood cats and their teeny perspective on the world 🥺

really wanted to buy the book but it was $16 :( i don't see the point in buying books unless i'll reread them so i'm just going to find it at the library lol
