Hello, was hoping this idea might be ok. What would they be like with a sleep deprived reader who is all but at the point of collapse and desperately hoping for help to finally sleep peacefully? (with Felix, Vittorio and Trapper? my aim is platonic, but feel free to go elsewhere with it if you feel the flow) Many thanks if you do decide to pick this one up. ^_^

With a Sleep Deprived Reader

Felix, Vittorio, Trapper

Felix Ritcher

Felix is worried about you.

Constantly.

He's always worried about you.

Because this isn't the first time you've done this!

"Please dear, just lay down."

Usually, he is very good at concealing his emotions.

But for this?

For the fact that you just walked into a tree and apologized to it.

For the fact that you can barely stay on your feet.

So yeah, he's worried.

And he'd be kind of hypocritical if he said he hadn't done this as well.

He's gotten so into projects that he's stayed up for days on end.

But that's very rare for him to do.

He's also determined.

And intelligent.

So you'll catch him researching everything about sleep.

Talking to other survivors to find sleep methods.

Hell, he'll even go so far as to ask some killers if they have any suggestions.

He'd prefer if you used a natural remedy.

Melatonin, herbal teas.

But, if you have to turn to some sleeping drugs he won't get upset.

As much as you want to to lay down and sleep he's not going to force you to do it.

Even though there are times he thinks he really should.

He wants it to be your own choice.

At the same time, part of him wants to throw you over his shoulder and lie you in bed forcefully.

But you know he's too anxious and awkward to do that.

So, he'll settle with waiting you out.

Unless it takes more than two days.

Then he's dragging you to bed.

He might even get so frustrated he'll lecture you on the importance of proper sleep.

"You need to go into REM sleep! Sleeping for just thirty minutes won't put you in REM sleep. You need actual sleep. Furthermore-"

Honestly the speech is kind of boring.

Which is what will put you to sleep.

When you wake up refreshed and reasonable, then Felix will have a civilized conversation with you.

Until then, please just go to bed and stop making this poor man worry!

Vittorio Toscano

Vittorio has also stayed up multiple days doing work.

And, somehow, surviving without getting tired on some invisible energy.

He's tried to explain it to you, but it doesn't make any sense.

Something about borrowing the energy from the world, I don't know, magic stuff?

But he also knows when his body needs sleep.

And, he will sleep.

He surprisingly good at running on very little sleep.

And still remaining conscious.

You, on the other hand?

"I don't think you need to apologize to that rock for walking into it."

He might laugh it off.

But Vittorio won't be laughing when you end up in actual danger.

And if you tell him not to worry?

"Well, I wouldn't be worried. Except you nearly fell asleep on the generator and I don't think The Pig is going to take sleep deprivation as an excuse for you ruining all of her work."

On the outside he's calm about it.

He knows yelling won't solve the problem.

Internally, he's a little scared for you.

So, he'll sit down right to work and make you something.

He's not going to tell you what it is, he just wants you to drink it.

He will assure you that it's absolutely safe and you have nothing to worry about.

And, within minutes, you're asleep on his bed.

If you ask him later what it was, he'll give you some complex answer.

Some potion or something?

And if you feel embarrassed about falling asleep in his bed?

"Don't worry about it. I just hope you'll be able to do generators without falling asleep on them now."

Trapper

Evan is, also, the type to work himself to death.

He borrows energy from the entity.

He doesn't really understand how it works either, you just know he can stay up for days working on traps.

As for seeing you sleep deprived?

You're a grown adult, you know how to take care of yourself.

If you didn't Evan wouldn't be friends with you.

He despises people who can't keep themselves together.

And he knows he'd be a hypocrite if he told you to go to sleep.

Hell, there were times you should have said that to him!

Of course, you wouldn't because he would argue with you.

And you don't want him angry.

He really doesn't even notice until it starts to impact your daily life.

Falling, getting hurt, all the things that make you useless.

"You're acting like a helpless child. Go to sleep."

He's not going to sugarcoat it.

"You look like shit; go to sleep before I knock you out myself."

He wouldn't actually do that, but he hopes the threat gets your ass in gear.

And if you still continue to bumble around like an idiot?

He'll throw you over his shoulder and throw you and bed himself.

And Evan will stand there.

And wait.

Wait until you fall asleep.

He's not going to stand over you.

He quickly realized that was making you more alert and decided to back off to the corner of the room.

Within the hour, he's asleep on the chair.

Do not let him know you saw him asleep.

He doesn't like when people see him as weak and vulnerable.

Hearing his peaceful breathing is enough to lull you into a deep restful sleep.

And when you both wake up?

"See? I told you you needed sleep. Now let's stop being lazy and get back to work."

Vittorio! One of my favorite survivors, but i don't play him often cause hes very loud in game. But if im just screwing around with my friends then yeah hes a main.
