Also, while I’m thinking about the Cadets, I’m still like borderline angry they went with the black at the end of the season. Not because they didn’t look like the Cadets or anything like that, but the visual of that show. The effing visual man. That closer was insaaaane. And they had it clean. And then they go from white pants to all black, completely muddling the fact they were clean. How could you do that to the Z-pull man? 

And I know, I know, Hop wanted the neon and the black worked great as a backdrop, but you could actually watch their visual drop after the switch because it didn’t look as clean. I need to find late season footage of them while they were still in maroon and white because the black just wasn’t enough for me visually.

i just now discovered that carolina crown's logo is a crown and the white part in the middle is a bugle to make things worse, i didnt realize there was a bugle in the dci logo until the southeastern championship in san antonio

This one place with all the open and world class dates for auditions :) It will tell you where and when and if that corps accepts video auditions or not! Good luck to everyone auditioning! Hopefully this will be my rookie year :D

Sometimes on tour, between the gym floors, EPLs, shows, and rehearsals, you get a chance to look around you and appreciate the beauty of whichever part of the country you’re in that day. I really appreciate those moments.
