WHY AREN'T PEOPLE WATCHING FINALES?
Finales seem to be some of the lowest veiwed videos on mcyters channels. That's fucking awful.
Watch the finales. If you loved the series, if you just want to support the creator, if you want to fix this absolute injustice. Watch the finales to SMPs and Roleplays and mixes of both and get the showcase of everything that creator worked on in that entire series OUT of the bottom 20, 10, 5 videos that theyve posted.
could (not) have beens
last survivor // third imposter
rewatched deceit. it’s a pretty good series.
NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU DECIDED TO SLEEP IN MY BED
(IT’S SUCH A SHAME THAT WE DECIDED TO SLEEP IN ONE BED)
Peoplle are misinterpreting everything dr legs does again so I've come to ask you; would you recommend watching Deceit smp, dominion smp, scenario smp, or something else if you're getting into other Legundo content? (Already watching sbk btw)
oooh, great question!
(as a brief note: dr. legs is about the most concentrated roleplay legundo's ever really done. none of these series recs will have quite the same vibe and will not be even remotely similar "characters", this list is more "in terms of other series options here's what you've got")
if you want the most concentrated possible The Character thoughts to overtake you in the quickest span of time, we'd recommend the Game of Thrones scenario specifically. elevator pitch: Legundo is the leader of a medieval army, which turns out to be something he is scarily good at. political intrigue ensues.
if you want your deathgame fix in the same amount of time, and you want to see what it really looks like when Legundo is in a straight-up situationship, go for Deceit S1, a blisteringly fast-paced watch at only four sessions and six videos total. if you want even more deathgames after that, you can watch Deceit S2 as well (featuring the original Bad Boys before the folks in Limited Life ever got to it!)
if you are patient and potentially willing to go looking through an unsorted VODs playlist for further characterization, we really have a soft spot for Legundo's Dominion SMP character. elevator pitch: lawful evil piglin capitalist keeps getting away with it because he's a bit of a wet cat and there are consistently greater threats.
(fair warning; Dominion is eternally unfinished. there's a wrap-up "what would have been" stream somewhere in that VODs list, but not much else in the way of closure.)
all of the Scenarios work pretty well as stand-alones! the playlist is in reverse order for some reason and we've somewhat intentionally avoided watching the final one, but they're all decent. our runner-up favorite for best scenario is probably Zombie Apocalypse, but we'd also recommend watching the very first Scenario/Purge 1 if you want a better feel for the dynamics at play.
finally: you should watch Naked & Afraid S2, aka No Armor (Ultra) Hardcore. it's a collaborative deathgame and has some peak gameplay. also: Legundo lets out an anguished scream at a malevolent god, and Clownpierce is there too.
L team.... L team comeback to me...
thoughts on deceit smp season 1, as seen from Legundo's POV:
funny that Legundo lamented the fact he was third impostoring as if he didn't spend half of every spare moment going "I mean, if, say, you were the traitor, our goals would still be aligned"
giving me real first watch of 3rd Life vibes, which is surprising bc I thought it would have given me Last Life vibes but no 2a. apparently I'm still not over 3rd Life bc when Legundo & Loony stopped at the desert longingly looking at the mountain I had a Moment
Taneesha is scary and I like the way she laughs during PVP
Loony is so normal actually. Yeah it's normal people activities to betray & kill two people, have the server rolled back, and then kill them again with them knowing what you're going to do. Full netherite and near-maxed gear when some people are still in iron is normal
thumbs up for the swamp base
I know there's several reasons why one wouldn't but I think Legundo should abuse his admin privileges a little more. as a treat. for funsies 6a. love that Loony and Taneesha were all "yay we won" and then Legundo was just "fight. fight. I'm making the weather dramatic. I want blood."
can you imagine if there had been a stronghold within the world border. Loony with elytra on the first session. oh my.
still don't know what Loony's plan was with all the resource farms. am slightly afraid to know.
anyway that was a neat little series so I'm looking forward to watching the second season!
